Why Organic Puro Grade Açaí Matters

Our açaí is Okah's organic Puro Grade açaí, sourced from the Amazon basin and fresh frozen, then scooped to order. Never powder. That's the difference between a smooth, dense scoop and something icy and grainy.

Six ingredients on the tub, and you can read every one: organic açaí pulp (60%), organic demerara syrup, organic agave syrup, xanthan gum, natural guarana flavouring and citric acid. One stabiliser, not a stack of them. Made to order, every time, in fully compostable bowls. Zero plastic, because there's no reason for it.

Calories, Ingredients, and What We Skip

Every bowl starts from Okah's scoopable organic açaí sorbet, fresh frozen and never powder. Scoopable açaí needs a little sweetness and a stabiliser to hold its shape. Ours uses two organic sweeteners and one stabiliser, xanthan gum. That's the whole list. Then fruit, nut butter and gluten free granola or oats go on top.

Calories depend on the bowl: a small Karley's with granola runs lighter than a medium Nutty Bowl loaded with almond butter and coconut. Ask at the counter and we'll give you the exact breakdown for your order.

“Think this is the new spot for açaí.”
