Most cafes have a gluten free option. We don't do options. Our owner is coeliac and has been through every ingredient on this menu, down to the granola, the oats and the protein powder. If it's on the counter, it's gluten free.

Is everything on the menu gluten free, or just some of it?

Everything. Coffee, açaí, shakes, matcha, every topping, every extra.

Is it safe for coeliacs?

Yes. Our owner is coeliac. Nothing with gluten comes through the door, and every supplier is checked, down to what else gets made in their facility. Want to see a label? Ask.

Are the oats and granola gluten free?

Yes. Both are gluten free, and both are optional on every bowl.

Is the protein powder gluten free?

Yes. EarthChamp by Wyldsson. Gluten free, no soy, no dairy, no gums, no sucralose, no carrageenan.

Is the açaí gluten free?

Yes. Okah organic açaí sorbet: açaí pulp, organic demerara and agave syrups, xanthan gum, natural guarana flavouring, citric acid. No gluten anywhere in it.

Are the drinks gluten free?

Yes. Coffee, matcha and every milk we stock. Ask to see any label.

Do you do gluten free breakfast near Angel?

Açaí bowls and protein shakes from 6am Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:45am Monday and Friday, 8:45am Saturday, 7:45am Sunday. Closed Thursdays.

Is the cafe vegan too?

Mostly. Honey and collagen are on the menu. Say vegan when you order and we'll leave them out.
