Our matcha comes from Yuuki-Cha, an organic Japanese importer that's been shipping tea straight from certified organic gardens since 2007. Certified organic isn't a mood, it's a standard those gardens hold and renew. No blending with cheaper stock, no cutting corners on where it comes from.
Every cup is whisked from powder when you order it, not pumped from a syrup bottle. That's the difference between matcha that tastes bright and grassy and matcha that tastes like sweet milk.
